WIND facilitates the training of church pastors and leaders.

WIND sends teams of pastors and teachers to Cotzal to do intensive workshops for local pastors. We have also launched a Biblical Studies Certificate program that our pastor training teams facilitate. This program encompasses 90 classroom hours of core Bible and 90 hours of elective material.
